All purchases are final. No refunds under any circumstance. By using Regen RSPS services, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Server, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

3. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Using cheats, hacks, bots, or any unauthorized third-party software
Exploiting bugs or glitches for personal gain
Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players
Engaging in real-world trading (RWT) or account selling
Impersonating staff members or other players
Spamming, advertising, or soliciting
Sharing account information or allowing others to use your account
Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the game client

4. Purchases and Payments

No Refund Policy

All purchases made through the Regen RSPS store are final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to in-game items, currency, ranks, and subscriptions. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks under any circumstances, including:

Accidental purchases
Change of mind
Account bans or suspensions
Technical issues or errors (items will be restored, but no refunds)
Dissatisfaction with purchased items

By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this no refund policy.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service. Reasons for termination include but are not limited to:

Violating any of the prohibited activities listed above
Attempting to circumvent security measures
Engaging in fraudulent activities
Repeated toxic behavior towards staff or players

No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts, regardless of reason.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Regen RSPS, including but not limited to game mechanics, graphics, code, and design, are the exclusive property of Regen RSPS and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Regen RSPS is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or specifically approved by Jagex Limited. Any trademarks used belong to their respective owners.

7. Limitation of Liability

Regen RSPS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

Loss of in-game items, currency, or progress due to bugs, rollbacks, or server issues
Downtime or service interruptions
Unauthorized access to your account
Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

8. Privacy and Data

We collect and process certain information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using Regen RSPS, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided is accurate.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Server after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
